More organic visibility without building an in-house SEO team

SEOAssistant took over analysis, prioritisation, content revisions and publishing. The client’s role was limited to review and approval.

AP Komfort online store, the subject of the SEOAssistant case study

The client

apkomfort.pl is an online kitchen equipment store selling sinks, kitchen taps and cooker hoods.

Starting point: Shoper, with 1,858 products, 170 categories and just 7 articles.

The goal

Grow Google visibility and organic traffic without moving into an expensive agency-plus-content-team model.

The scalable loop was simple: prioritise → revise → publish, repeated every week.

Google Search Console results for AP Komfort over the five-week case study

Source: Google Search Console. All devices, Poland. Two equal 41-day periods.

The starting point

Plenty of potential, but no resources or repeatable process

AP Komfort is a classic e-commerce operation where manual SEO quickly becomes disproportionately expensive.

  • A large catalogue meant hundreds of pages with untapped search potential.
  • Only seven articles left the long-tail informational layer largely uncovered.
  • Without a steady workflow, optimisation happened inconsistently.
  • The cost of an agency, copywriting and implementation team was too high for the required scale.

What SEOAssistant did

Automation plus iterative revisions, without shifting work back to the client

Instead of optimising the store manually, SEOAssistant ran a recurring workflow that:

  • selected pages with the greatest opportunity,
  • prepared revisions for products, categories and manufacturers,
  • completed metadata, structured headings and aligned copy with search intent,
  • published approved changes,
  • repeated the cycle at a pace matched to the store.

Published revisions

  • Products: 211
  • Categories: 83
  • Manufacturers: 20

Iterations behind the scenes

  • Products: 7,498
  • Categories: 806
  • Manufacturers: 44

Equivalent to approximately 349 hours of human work.

This was not a one-off batch. The application iterated and refined drafts until publishable versions were ready.

Real revisions

Before and after: why these changes work

Two real examples show how SEOAssistant rebuilt content around intent and long-tail searches before publication.

1. Category: water filter taps

View the category on apkomfort.pl ↗

Before

  • A product list with no explanation of benefits, selection criteria or audience.
  • No content targeting informational and long-tail queries.
  • Weak coverage for searches around filter taps, use cases and how they work.

After

  • An intent-led introduction focused on clean water on demand and practical benefits.
  • Clear variants and selection criteria, including flexible spouts and finishes.
  • A foundation for internal links from future guides about filters, three-way taps and kitchen fittings.

Result: the category became an answer to a specific need, not merely a product grid.

2. Product: SHADOW island cooker hood

View the product on apkomfort.pl ↗

Before

  • A short feature list with too little depth for broad search coverage.
  • Empty or incomplete meta title and description.
  • No explanation of extraction modes, filters, maintenance or buyer benefits.

After

  • A complete description covering design, performance, operating modes, maintenance, safety and ideal users.
  • Completed meta title and meta description.
  • Useful information drawn from the specification and manual, reducing generic copy.

Result: the page could rank beyond the model name for long-tail questions about filters, noise, energy class, cleaning and operating mode.

The outcome after 41 days

Broader visibility and traffic distributed across more pages

The store’s search footprint expanded, and more URLs started earning clicks from Google.
